All contracts will be performed subject to the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015). The General Conditions for example stipulate for notification periods and time-bars, limits on liability for loss, damage and delay and give "JUST On Board Courier ApS" the right to exercise liens on goods under its control for all amounts due to it. Further, any counterclaim or set-off against sums due to "Just On Board Courier ApS" is not permitted.
